Private coaching & performance analysis
Focused work outside your regular training environment. Built entirely around you.
The details make the difference.Coaching with intention
We identify what needs to improve and use the session to address it.
Each session begins with the individual athlete. Your background, your everyday training, and the specific skills that will help you move forward. Sophie connects technical instruction with awareness, so changes make sense in the water and stay with you beyond the lesson.

How to film your race ↓For race analytics
Good footage helps us see the details that matter. Here’s how to record a race for analysis.
Film from mid-pool, ideally three to four rows up. Stay close enough to capture the starter’s beep for timing.
Record in landscape, keeping your swimmer visible from the blocks through the finish. Avoid frequent zooming. Continue filming after the finish to capture the scoreboard with the lane and final time.
Use footage from an official meet, for events up to 400 meters. Include the swimmer’s name, event, stroke, and lane. Contact us first and we’ll arrange how to share your video.
