Your inquiries

When you continue from the contact form, your answers are passed to Google Forms in a pre-filled link for review. Click Submit there to save your inquiry in AURA’s form responses and any linked Google Sheet. AURA uses your name, email address, selected program, and swimmer details to respond to your inquiry and discuss coaching arrangements. Google processes the submission under its privacy policy.

Share only information useful for discussing coaching. A first name, general age group, current training, and goals are sufficient to begin. Please do not include medical records or other sensitive documents in an initial inquiry.

Website technology

This website serves static pages and locally hosted fonts and images. This version does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Email correspondence

AURA uses information you send to respond to your inquiry and discuss coaching arrangements. Email is handled by AURA’s and your email providers under their respective terms and practices.
